Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead who acts as floor supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales on the shop floor.

You will be part of the store leadership team, responsible for opening/closing routines, operating POS, building displays, and coaching the team to meet performance goals. Schedule requires 12–16 hours weekly with weekend availability and additional hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
