Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead in New Hampshire to guide daily store operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor. You will support opening/closing routines, POS use, and omnichannel fulfillment to enhance the customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, fashion knowledge, and a proactive, energetic approach to maintain brand standards and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
