Qualifications

• 2+ years of premium retail experience with strong sales and service background preferred.
• Keyholder experience strongly preferred.
• Moderate computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn POS and other retail systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium personalized customer service through active listening.
• Serve as the primary point person for resolving customer escalations.
