Brooks Running in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager, BOH Operations, to partner with the Store Manager and FOH team to deliver a premium service experience while leading the store’s back‑of‑house operations, inventory, schedules, and seasonal product flips. You will coach and develop the store team, drive sell‑through through product storytelling, and maintain expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in sales/marketing or business administration.
• 3+ years retail experience with inventory management preferred.
• 1+ year leadership experience in retail, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations to achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals.
• Drive inventory efficiency and maintain ideal levels to maximize sales.
• Manage labor spend through educated scheduling choices.
• Coach, develop, and manage the store team to provide premium service.
• Lead and organize seasonal product flips with cross‑functional partners.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and train retail staff.
• Work the sales floor to drive sell‑through and service‑oriented storytelling.
