Job summary

JCPenney is hiring a Sales Floor Assistant to drive customer service, manage merchandise standards, and lead associates on the sales floor. The role includes restocking, inventory touchpoints, and executing store programs to maximize sales and store presentation.

You will support omnichannel processes, help maintain a clean, organized fitting room and sales floor, and participate in annual inventory activities. Strong customer focus and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and model WORTH behaviors.
• Plan and assist with merchandise placement, restock, and RFID/inventory processes.
• Support SET/visual tasks, floor moves, graphics and floor recovery for a clean store.
• Assist omnichannel tasks including online orders and buy online pickup in store.
• Support shrink reduction, DMTO processes, and annual inventory activities.
