Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Retail Floor Supervisor to open/close the store, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach team members on customer engagement, loyalty, and store execution, while ensuring standards and policies are followed.

The role requires strong leadership, in-store execution, and the ability to manage daily store operations including loss prevention initiatives and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring secure store processes and cash handling.
• Coach and lead Sales Associates on customer engagement, loyalty, and store operations.
• Maintain and enforce store standards, policies, and merchandising guidelines.
• Lead daily store operations, including POS integrity, freight processing, and safety initiatives.
• Participate in Loss Prevention audits and implement plans to meet shrink goals.
