Kontoor Brands in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to open and close the store, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead the sales floor, coach team members on engagement, loyalty, operations, and ensure store standards are executed consistently.

Responsibilities include visual merchandising, daily store operations, safety, loss prevention, and collaboration with the Store Manager on recruiting, scheduling, and payroll.

Qualifications

• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and open/close the store per schedule.
• Coach team members on customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are consistently met.
• Manage operations, safety, shrink, and loss prevention.
• Partner with Store Manager on recruiting, scheduling, and payroll tasks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
