Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part Time Keyholder to open/close the store, support sales goals, and deliver memorable customer experiences while assisting with daily store operations.

In this entry-level leadership role, you will partner with the Store Manager, uphold visual merchandising standards, engage customers, and help train team members while maintaining inventory, POS accuracy, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts; work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day and rotating holidays.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week; additional availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience / Customer Service – uphold high retail standards and create in-store experiences.
• Visual, Operation, and Safety – maintain merchandising, POS integrity, cash handling, and store safety.
• Leadership – act as Manager on Duty in absence of other leaders and assist with onboarding.
