Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Part-time Key Lead for The Shops at Palm Desert. The role focuses on guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, operating POS, and driving store performance through customer experience and teamwork.

You will support opening/closing routines, manage visual displays, and help fulfill Omni-Channel orders. A strong customer focus and fashion awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leadership potential is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and awareness of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Open/close routines and operating POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and process transactions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays that reflect the brand.
• Analyze store reports to inform daily decisions and actions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory controls.
• Represent Abercrombie & Fitch and uphold company culture and values.
