Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a part-time Key Lead at Tucson Mall to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive on-floor performance through customer experience and sales achievement.

You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, and showcase product knowledge and brand standards while maintaining displays and inventory accuracy. Join a brand-focused, energetic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; experience in leading groups preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
