You’ll supervise Brand Reps and Stock Associates, coach the team, and help drive daily sales on the floor. Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines for the store.
• Operate POS and complete OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales on the floor.
• Build and maintain visual displays to reflect brand standards.
• Analyze reports to inform store decisions and performance.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory checks.
