Stash Ventures LLC is seeking a Floor Lead for our Michigan cannabis retail location. The role focuses on guiding staff and customers through compliance procedures, cash/debit transactions, and daily store operations.

Retail experience required.

Responsibilities

Assist employees and customers with navigating compliance procedures and store processes.
Build strong relationships with employees and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Speak confidently about inventory and assist customers with needs and wants.
Ensure on-time attendance and reliability for scheduled shifts.
Maintain cannabis compliance with CRA rules and Michigan state regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication across the team.
Educate staff and customers on best options to achieve their goals.
Maintain a positive, energetic demeanor and professional conduct.
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth queue flow for curbside, online orders, walk-ins, and cashiers.
Keep the store clean and organized, following daily checklists.
