Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales. You will lead open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

You’ll analyze reports to inform decisions, protect assets, and embody the brand and company culture on the floor while engaging customers with energy and confidence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent 1 year retail experience.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
