Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure top customer experiences and daily sales performance.

You’ll handle opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays. The role emphasizes strong communication and energetic leadership on the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leadership of groups is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
