Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Retail - East team at the Prudential Center. You will drive daily sales floor results, coach associates in the moment, and model a customer-first experience that reflects SKIMS values.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, cash accuracy, inventory coordination, product knowledge, and supporting store KPIs. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and values.
• Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional, and personalized service on the floor and modeling those behaviors for the team.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities are executed with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Assist training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards, values and policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support execution of product launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Support leadership in achieving store KPIs, tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire a positive, inclusive culture and resolve customer issues with empathy.
