Job summary

SKIMS on Oak Street is seeking a Supervisor to lead the sales floor, drive daily results, and model exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Team Members, manage daily operations, and help uphold our brand values during each shift. Your leadership will foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture.

This full-time role requires proven retail supervision, strong communication, and the ability to energize a team in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and values.
• Ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using sales data to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset on the floor.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through coaching and zone management.
• Ensure daily tasks and cash/operational procedures are executed accurately.
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, and styling for customers.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and updates.
• Monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability to meet KPIs.
