Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to guide daily store operations at NorthPark Center in Dallas, TX. You will lead the sales floor, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong brand standards and a positive, inclusive store culture.

You will drive performance, manage cash and procedures, and support product launches and inventory. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to motivate a fast-paced team and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams; fashion retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with a customer-obsessed approach.
• Drive daily sales performance as Sales Floor Captain.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and cleanliness.
• Coach team members on selling, product knowledge, and styling.
• Support training and onboarding of new teammates.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with speed and empathy.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve KPIs.
