Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability at one or more Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations.

You will lead store teams, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold compliance with federal and state regulations. The role requires hands-on leadership, cash handling, scheduling, staff development, and the ability to travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options to meet needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office if unresolved.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, requests, sales, and calls per policy and regulations.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process loans, check cashing, and Net Spend transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate operations, development, and training to hit metric targets.
• Maintain store staff schedule and cover other stores within the district.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
