Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst - Retail to support NA financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights, strengthen decision-making, and help drive operational efficiency in a remote US-based role.

You will support monthly close, prepare management reports, and contribute to process improvements while leveraging Excel and financial systems like Oracle/Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
• Prior experience in Consumer Products or Retail is a plus.
• Proficient Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly forecast and annual budget processes by updating models, gathering inputs, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining assumptions.
• Review submissions for accuracy, track performance against budget and forecast via variance analysis.
• Prepare summary reports and analyses communicating key drivers and variances to leadership.
• Create recurring financial and management reports and perform variance analyses.
• Assist with financial modeling, data gathering, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
