Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst for Global Brand Finance supporting UGG and HOKA, with remote work available to residents of approved US states. You will partner with marketing, merchandising, planning, and accounting to drive planning quality and informed decision-making.

The role emphasizes strong Excel modeling, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with growth and development opportunities across the global finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills required.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA, ensuring alignment with SG&A targets.
• Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks to drive disciplined investment decisions across agencies and partnerships.
• Support 3–5 year revenue and margin planning with consistent assumptions across brand, product, and finance partners.
• Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into clear financial implications and risks for go-to-market milestones.
• Improve inventory visibility and scenario planning with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning.
• Deliver analyses to strengthen decision-making across planning horizons.
• Provide high-impact ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Streamline tools, reporting, and processes to speed up decision making.
