Job summary

NCR Voyix Field Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment including self-checkout systems for major retail customers. The role covers an assigned territory with travel and flexible shift patterns.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance), and willingness to work rotating shifts. Company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills and familiarity with hardware
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements
• Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance and system overhauls
• Communicate openly and effectively with customers to identify and resolve issues
