Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, service, and maintain electromechanical retail systems across assigned territories. The role offers hands-on field work with extensive travel, lifting, and rotating shifts, backed by on-the-job and classroom training.

You will communicate with customers, triage issues, and perform timely service calls to ensure uninterrupted operations for major retail clients.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
