NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain and repair electromechanical equipment in a retail-focused territory across the United States. You will respond to service calls, triage issues, and ensure customers receive prompt, professional support.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to use PC-based tools and access points hardware.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and service calls for electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory.
• Troubleshoot and repair assets; complete PMs and system overhauls as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coordinate with the service team to resolve issues.
