Qualifications

• Must live within 30 miles of Lafayette, Whitestown or Lebanon, IN or be willing to relocate within 30 days.
• Passion to sell and represent General Mills and top consumer brands.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Experience with high school diploma equivalent and basic tablet/office software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Field selling across a territory to maximize incremental sales and displays.
• Deliver sales results with strong negotiation and relationship-building.
• Develop partnerships with key decision makers to overcome objections and grow sales.
• Utilize analytics and store data to drive selling presentations for decisions.
• Execute in-store priorities and leverage POS materials for displays.
