Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot and neighboring markets. You will work on merchandising, promotions, and analytics to optimize sell-through while building lasting partnerships with store teams.

Role requires travel, a valid US driver’s license, and a proactive, team-driven attitude. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package with benefits and relocation flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store locations and may include air travel.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
