Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot and related retail channels. You will execute retail strategy, perform product demonstrations, and analyze sales data to optimize in-store performance.

The role requires travel across assigned markets, weekend work, and strong coordination with merchandising and field teams. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of traveling to assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging customers to recommend TTI product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives and promotions to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
