Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot. You will lead merchandising, demos, and brand marketing while leveraging data to optimize store execution.

Responsibilities include planning events, engaging customers, and building strong retailer relationships. Travel and weekend work are required in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid vehicle insurance.
• Must be willing to travel to stores and attend meetings/calibration events.
• Requires occasional air travel and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot with B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Use Power BI to analyze data and optimize in-store merchandising and decisions.
• Build relationships with Home Depot team members for better execution and partnerships.
