Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot across assigned markets. You will execute in-store strategy, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver tailored solutions to customers while collaborating with store teams.

The role requires travel, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; relocation for future opportunities may be needed in a nationwide capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings, including air travel.
• Willing to work nights and weekends and stand for full shifts in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot, identifying customer needs and recommending TTI solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to boost consumer engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and drive product sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store objective completion; use Power BI for data-driven decisions.
