Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to build our presence with The Home Depot. You will drive market share growth, execute in-store promotions, and engage customers with product solutions grounded in solid product knowledge.

You will analyze merchandising, support training programs, and work with cross‑functional teams to maximize sell‑through. This role requires travel, a valid US driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one year and own a personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and customer service with strong product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Utilize data analytics (Power BI) to drive decisions and maximize impact on shelf presence.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot staff to enhance in-store execution.
