Job summary

Techtronic Industries NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive best-in-class B2C sales at Home Depot, delivering tailored product solutions and dynamic demonstrations. You will work with store teams, plan events, and support marketing initiatives across multiple markets.

The role requires travel, a US driver’s license, personal vehicle, and adaptability to nights/weekends. Compensation includes benefits and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) and occasional travel for meetings and events; air travel may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle retail environment duties.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as required.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot with strong product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and store objectives, using PowerBI for data-driven decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in training programs to work independently in the assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot associates to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product placement and growth.
