Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth in The Home Depot and related retail channels. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and support brand initiatives across assigned stores.

Responsibilities include events, demos, merchandising, and data-driven decisions using Power BI. Travel and nights/weekends work are expected; relocation may be required for advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of traveling to/from assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics through Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product innovation.
