Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive premier product lines with The Home Depot nationwide. You will enhance selling skills, manage relationships, and execute demos and events while delivering best-in-class customer service.

The role emphasizes store-level merchandising, data-driven decisions using analytics, and a path to leadership through TTI’s training programs. Travel across assigned markets is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to work in the United States.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel to store locations and occasionally to meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store and field sales at Home Depot with product knowledge.
• Plan promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence through merchandising and optimal product placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members and store staff.
• Manage inventory levels and report stock status and needs.
• Participate in merchandising resets and promotions as needed.
