Job summary

ReaderLink seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead Walmart field service activities, oversee vendor relationships, and monitor delivery of the RDS book service program. You will drive efficiency, coordinate with LMS vendors, and ensure timely issue resolution across field teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, strong Excel/Office skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with sales, analytics, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Strong math skills including percentages and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service operations and vendor meetings.
• Coordinate LMS vendors, monthly billing, and communications.
• Manage Mantis CRM tickets and prioritize issues.
• Monitor store openings and remodel activity.
• Support SOPs, training tools, and audits.
• Lead field tours to gather feedback and test ideas.
• Mentor stakeholders on effective communication with field service teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
