ReaderLink is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead Walmart field service operations from Oak Brook. You will oversee market visits, stakeholder communication, and recurring service vendor meetings, while guiding the RDS book service program.

Key duties include coordinating with LMS vendors, managing CRM activities, reviewing tickets, and ensuring high-quality store execution across vendors. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Proficient math skills: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

Responsabilités

• Lead Walmart field service operations, including market visits and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with LMS vendors, including monthly billing and ongoing updates.
• Oversee Mantis field service CRM activities and daily ticket assignment.
• Review service tickets, prioritize issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Monitor store openings and remodel activity and ensure field execution quality.
• Maintain FieldLink portal content, ensure materials are current and approved.
