Chervon North America is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage training, merchandising and execution with strategic retail partners. The role focuses on developing relationships, driving sales and brand awareness through in-store demonstrations and consultative selling.

Candidates will reside in an established US territory, be able to travel up to 30% including some nights and weekends, and possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including nights/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Execute sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products across the retail environment.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales in partner stores.
• Build relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and provide recommendations to drive performance.
• Lead in-store product training with retail staff.
• Create and run in-store demonstrations and store walks to boost sales.
