Job summary

Chervon North America in Boston, MA is seeking an Entry-level Field Marketing Representative to manage daily field activities, train retail partners, and drive brand awareness through demonstrations and merchandising. You will build relationships with retailers and consumers, monitor sales, and execute in-store events.

Travel up to 30% including overnights is required, with possible international travel; lifting and displaying tools may be needed, and some evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products and the industry.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales while providing and executing recommendations on strategies to help drive sales at assigned stores.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute creative demonstration events and specific store walks to help drive sales in the retail environment
