Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage daily retail partner activities within an established US territory.

You will train staff, merchandise products, and execute strategies to grow sales and brand awareness through demonstrations and consultative selling. The role requires relationship-building across retailers, strong Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility to work some nights and weekends with travel up to 30% including potential international

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Execute sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products across the retail environment.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales within retail partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and provide recommendations to drive store performance.
• Lead in-store product training with retail staff and demonstrations.
