Chervon North America, Inc is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and train retail partners, execute merchandising, and drive brand awareness across assigned stores. You will develop relationships with retailers and consumers, and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives in your US territory.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Marketing or related field; strong presentation skills; ability to lift tools up to 50 lbs; willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of pending graduation or holding a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business degree.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work some nights and weekends, and lift heavy tools up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales and provide recommendations to drive sales at stores.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
