Qualifications

• Pending graduation or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods while demonstrating tools and setting up displays.
• Capable of lifting tools over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license; travel required, including potential international travel.
• Base salary around mid $50k with bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales at retail partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and suggest strategies to drive store performance.
• Lead in-store product training with retail staff.
• Create and run in-store demonstrations and store walks to boost sales.
