Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and train retail partners, drive brand awareness, and execute in-store demonstrations within a defined US territory.

The role emphasizes building relationships, educating staff, and boosting sales. You will travel daily in the territory with up to 30% overnight travel, require a bachelor's in Marketing or related field, and be comfortable lifting tools and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business degree.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service to retail partners and educate them on Chervon products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products in retail environments.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales at partner stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and provide recommendations to boost in-store performance.
• Conduct in-store product trainings with retail staff.
• Develop and execute in-store demos and store walks to drive sales.
