Apple Inc. in Richmond, VA, is seeking an Expert to help customers understand Apple products and services, present solutions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience at Short Pump Town Center.

You will stay up to date on the Apple ecosystem, mentor coworkers, and support the store by solving customer concerns with care and clear communication. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Demonstrated ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them clearly.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services is preferred.

• Demonstrate and sustain top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by understanding needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and educating customers on purchase options.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services, purchase options and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge about products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform other tasks including customer service and support in other areas of the store.
