The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader to promote a highly satisfying customer experience across our Sierra store in Mequon, WI.

You will train and mentor Associates, oversee register transactions, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe, efficient sales floor. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to cover evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Able to work as a team member
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to lift heavy merchandise and handle cash responsibly
• Experience in coordinating or supervising retail operations preferred
