Job summary

Broad River Retail in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Retail Experience Manager to support operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and guest experience. This role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with sales, store leadership, and corporate teams to keep store operations aligned and efficient.

Key duties include opening/closing, cycle counts, processing purchase orders, preparing for events, maintaining supplies and signage, attending weekly meetings, and partnering with Customer Care

Qualifications

• Retail office management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation.
• Proven problem solving and detail-oriented skills.
• Customer service focus and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store as a key holder.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory accuracy tasks.
• Receive purchase orders and coordinate with management.
• Assist in preparing for events and update materials regularly.
• Attend weekly meetings and REM conference calls.
• Order and maintain office supplies and print merchandise tags.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
