Broad River Retail is seeking a Retail Experience Manager to support store operations, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional communication. You will partner with the sales team, store leadership, and corporate departments to streamline processes and maintain high standards for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail office manager experience preferred.
• Developed problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store as a key holder.
• Act as inventory captain and complete cycle counts promptly.
• Receive purchase orders accurately and prepare for events.
• Update breakroom/meeting room materials and participate in weekly meetings.
• Order and maintain office supplies; print updated merchandise tags weekly.
• Assist Customer Care to ensure excellent guest experience; answer calls professionally.
