Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor store metrics and adjust daily workload to meet goals.
