Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Senior Retail Experience Specialist in Birmingham, AL to support branch teams in delivering exceptional customer service across sales, service, and operations. You will act as a liaison between the branch and operations, help with account openings, transactions, and product guidance, and drive overall retail performance.

The role requires at least 5 years in retail banking, a high school diploma, and strong problem-solving, policy interpretation, and multitasking

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of retail banking experience.
Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail and prioritization.
Ability to interpret and influence policy.
Comfort with various technology software products.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

Drive retail branch performance by assisting employees with a broad range of financial services.
Assist with account opening, processing transactions, and documentation.
Maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with internal partners to create seamless customer experiences.
Provide guidance to employees on products, policies, and procedures.
Support change management initiatives and risk mitigation.
Review, update retail resources as needed.
