• Drive retail branch performance and seamless customer experiences in a support team environment by assisting employees with a broad range of financial services.
• Assist employees with account opening, processing transactions, reviewing documentation and other time sensitive tasks.
• Develop knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures to influence core routines across branches.
• Collaborate with internal partners to create seamless customer experiences and connect among teams.
• Provide feedback on products and policies to improve customer and business outcomes.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees with questions on accounts, products, policies, and procedures.
• Support risk mitigation through testing activities and use of training materials and resources.
