Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively to positively impact the business and the customer experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize customer and business needs.
• Ability to confidently interpret and influence policy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing pace.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology software products.
• Ability to handle more complex questions and issues.
• Proficient in Renasant Retail policies for sales, service and operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail branch performance and seamless customer experiences in a support team environment by assisting employees with a broad range of financial services.
• Assist employees with navigating account opening, processing transactions, reviewing documentation and other time sensitive, customer focused responsibilities by providing timely responses and solutions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures to influence core routines across retail branches.
• Collaborate with line of business partners to create seamless customer experiences and facilitate connections among internal teams.
• Provide feedback to internal partners on products and policies while advocating for customers; address business needs with partners to drive operational excellence.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees who bank at Renasant: assist with account opening, maintenance, and product questions.
• Respond with urgency using multiple channels; provide performance tracking and analytics to understand branch needs.
• Perform system, process and control testing to mitigate risk and support change initiatives.
• Leverage training manuals and resources to guide employees; review and update retail resources as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
