Job summary

Product Connections is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, oversee event execution, and partner with store leadership to drive exceptional customer experiences and business results.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Food Safety Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
