Job summary

Acosta Group, part of Product Connections, seeks a Retail Supervisor-Events to lead in-store event execution and coach Event Specialists while auditing processes for client satisfaction. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and seamless coordination across designated locations.

You will train teams, manage budgets, schedule events, and maintain a well‑organized demo kitchen, ensuring Food Safety practices are followed and documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient MS Office Suite skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• National Registry of Food and Safety certification within 30 days of employment; Local Food Handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and motivate employees and develop them to deliver on client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on company processes, policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.
• Ensure quality execution by auditing and coaching Event Specialists and maintaining Food Safety practices.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events and the execution of past events in their store.
• Be the point of contact for all events conducted in the store; assist with event kits, materials and tools as needed.
• Monitor and manage payroll time entries and other expenses.
• Manage execution and performance of scheduled events by monitoring scorecards to ensure top on‑date execution.
• Reschedule events to maximize on‑date, weekend and total execution results.
• Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with field support, recruiting and client services.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly demo kitchen and inspect equipment for proper maintenance.
